Those are the words I love to hear whether its at a closing, a party or in a client testimonial. Testimonials build confidence in the potential client.  Video testimonials are easy and free. But, most Realtors and loan officers avoid video testimonials on their websites for good reasons.  Let’s analyze the objections.

Regular testimonials on a website are suspect by their very nature.  They can be edited.  They often dont include the full name of the client.  And, people suspect that the comments are taken out of context and dont reflect the full experience of the former client.
